In 2008, Mitch teamed up with fellow researcher Elizabeth Holloway to explore the impact of toxic personalities on the health and productivity of organizations. Published in 2009, Toxic Workplace is the definitive guide to understanding and addressing disruptive human influences and creating a culture of respectful engagement in response to the deleterious effects of toxic personalities. They further demonstrate the human-performance and bottom-line impact of proactively dealing with this significant and often-hidden problem in organizations.
